Thursday - Wooo Hooo - we are thinking about toning up today.
Today, pick an exercise today where we can hit two body parts in one movement.
A few of my favorites: Deep squat to overhead press, push ups with a leg lift, and bench sit ups to sumo squats.
If you feel like you might be up for a challenge like this today head over to YouTube and put one of these exercises into the search box and check out some videos. Then get to it. More calories burns, more muscles worked, more movement - less time! Viola!
