You’ve heard me say so many times, “you are what you eat.” You've also heard me encourage you to eat several servings of fresh fruits and veggies every day.
All of that remains true yet the Environmental Working Group (ewg.org) recently released the updated list of the dirtiest foods. By dirty, I mean containing the most pesticides which makes those foods unhealthy for us.
Beautiful, juicy, sweet strawberries are top on the list of the Dirty Dozen followed by spinach and kale.
