Imo has been working within the fitness industry for a number of years now, with her main focus being on instucting Yoga/Pilates. In her own time, she is a competitive powerlifting athlete. We discuss the positive affects that yoga and mobility work has on the general population with improving flexibility, injury prevention and how it has such a positive cross over to her chosen focus of powerlifting.
