The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
Episode 8 goes over Jacqueline's plan to overcome her recent weight gain struggles. We talk about the steps that we believe are important to consider when you are struggling. We think that the past is the past but those moments are there to help you get stronger. The past is important and so that we can learn from those struggles as we continue forward. Without the low moments, you would never know what those high moments feel like. It is important to use these lows to help you learn from your mistakes or bumps along the road and help get better. Life is a winding path and a journey and we need to remember that we can always keep moving forward and that just because we make a mistake that we haven't failed and we can't give up. We must continue on even if that means we need to choose or create a new path. We hope that this episode can be a little reminder that we all make mistakes, have hard days and times but no matter what we have not failed or truly lost unless we stop trying. Keep going, believe in yourself, and remember its never too late to fly!
