Passive leadership shows up in many forms. Some signals actually include attractive and admirable leadership traits. Statements like "I am a transparent leader", "I like to foster collaboration", and "I try to let people figure things out for themselves" are some of the beliefs that leaders hold, thinking they are doing good by their people. While there is no doubt these are wonderful approaches to leading a team it's important to look more closely and be sure these methods are correctly.
