Like many people over the last year, I have been drinking way too much alcohol and my body is showing it. I figured I would do a podcast episode about alcohol and why it’s not helpful in your quest to a more fit and strong body. I’m hoping that I will convince myself to reduce the amount of alcohol I’ve been consuming and I figured you might want the information too.
