It was interesting how everyone is just talking, but the movie?

My wife and watched this after watching the film the Best Man. In our opinion, it was an inferior film.

Two things: music was by Quincy Jones. And Celie and Nettie’s dad unknown to them was their stepfather which explains why he couldn’t / didn’t keep his hands off of them.

This. Was. Absolutely. Great! Loved how y’all broke down all the characters. So much depth and reality.
