Hi there. I really enjoy listening your show coaches. I am keen runner also would love to be a athretic coach. Here is my question, I do like your tip about how to supports athlete in their training. How about nutrition?? For example, Kenyan and Ethiopians eat limited foods ( hi carbs, veges, fruits but no fancy protein bars, chiaseed bars, whatever u name it) because their back ground culture. But they run so good without running out of energy. Here is US,UK,like modern counties, we eat loads staff which supposed to be good on you type of foods. But still, not enough to keep athlete going... How would you tell about That? I know you are not a scientists or nutritionist, but if you have some views, please put on your podcast debate one day.
