Hello Cody, hello Anthony.. This is my first time on this podcast and brand new in this. I heard about Wholesaling Inc when I watch Brent Daniels on YouTube and I decided to download a podcast app and start listening to this podcast. I heard Anthony talk about a list if distress homeowners from a third party website. May I ask what website I can find this list and what search criteria I can use to find it?
When dealing with an agent how is the assignment fee supposed to work? Will the relationship with the agent be ruined once the agent finds out that you're not the actual cash buyer?
