awsome episode. thanks for honestly sharing your struggles and accomplishments as couples traveling together. thanks for being honest about how being together all the time can bring out your weakness as individuals and couples. I always wondered about these specific dynamics.
Great episode Guys. I live in CA and now have to plan my big hikes around fire season because there is a good chance they will be canceled if I don’t plan that way.
What about toxins in the food, such as pesticides and artificial colors
I get the Bummers after micro adventures. At first I didn‘t realize what was happening to me. Then as I became aware I was able to deal with it better. Using my photos and different media outlets helps a lot. Also just knowing what it is and being able to acknowledge it is a big help.
With the fire pits I always think (unless I happened to be somewhere really remote) that it's better for lots of people to damage one area than lots of different areas. Are meat poles similar? Like are the poles branches off trees? And it would be better for everyone to use the same one than to be cutting off new branches each time? I don't know anything about meat poles I don't think they're a thing in Scotland.
Your Subject matter today relates across humanity. We are always growing, always changing, always pushing boundaries of our existance... AND there will always be those who want to keep you in a box. You are right not to let them. Good luck on this new adventure!
Similar to my experiences as a musician...playing for "exposure".
I have a similar love-hate with social media, tho I have no experience with the ”celebrity ” of it like you have Nick. I think it will be the cause of the downfall of civilization, kind of like the movie ”Idiocracy”. But we’re all just kind of stuck with it. and yes I have an Instagram and YouTube channel, such that they are.
