”no one likes our interactions” had me rolling lol. I think the comedy in this show and those interactions are great. I love Father Bubbles, he’s carrying this book. But the problem is you guys are getting too high on audience reactions and going back to the well TOO MANY TIMES. You can only stop the forward momentum of the show for 5 minutes of ”muh relationship problems” and ”raises amirite?!” and ”I’m in love with bubbles! Now I want to kill him...” so many times before it gets grating.

Is it bad that I was hoping for a TPK just to see a different module being played. I don’t find gatewalkers interesting.

Troy its not the Story or the characters, its the slow leveling and ignoring of hero points. Gatewalkers is a tough AP and it needs stronger characters to have fun. If you would level up the party to 4, it would automatically be a different campaign

I love it how Troy says he won’t fudge low rolls to male the players feel better but we are all 10000% sure he fudges high rolls. Pull out some dice and have Troy roll 10 times, I guarantee his rolls will be alot more up and downs and not just a steady high. That or Troy is definitely giving himself way too high of a bonus to the encounter creaturer. He is the type to do that. There is a reason he rolls higher as a Dm vs when he is a player.

Honestly by the 14th episode of Giant slayer, I was hooked and the players leveled faster. Even the live shows leveled faster and have a better plot. I just can’t get into this campaign. Years of planning and I’m just listening to players getting destroyed by random creatures that have nothing to do with the plot. Weird interpretation by Troy as the Dm, assuming we enjoy listening to players getting destroyed vs fun Rp and heroes being heroes.

Pathfinder 2.0 clerics are horrible, dnd 5e clerics can light up a room with no concentration and its not even a big deal 😅

Great show whether you play pathfinder or not

Flat check is basically a minor disadvantage version of dnd regular disadvantage because you don’t choose the lowest roll but it really screws you up to depend on 2 rolls to make a single attack. Makes pathfinder less fun than 5e
