I recently had11 sessions by phone. My tiredness and insomnia didn’t improve at all. I tested as needing a super food.. would you believe that food was spinach?! So how can this be trusted when they include the list of mythical plant superfoods? The best superfood is meat. Of course that wouldn’t be on their list.

Interesting to hear my Dutch tests my doc has done have been useless, as being a postmenopausal woman, my hormones are in my tissues, not Dutch tested saliva and urine. Georgi Dinkov has seen reported estrogen in hair (tissue levels) just as high as premenopausal levels, from Japanese studies. Giving post and premenopausal women estrogen, including bioidentical, is cancer causing. But regarding progesterone, most women of all age groups, especially post menopausal when even tissue levels drop, benefit from at least 50 mg of progesterone due to how we’re living in a sea of synthetic environmental estrogen.

My doc has me on a statin because my HDL stayed below normal and my triglycerides stayed hovering near the upper limit, regardless of spending five years on keto. LDL particles were the small kind and upwards of 1400, so I relented and took it. Still would like to find out why it was happening and how to correct it naturally.

So I just started listening to you. But I am not new to carnivore. I have been following Dr Ken Berry and his wife. You add more to the subject and I like that. I look forward to listening to your podcasts.

Thanks Judy this is really interesting. If you get him back on please ask about cream. Is this OK? Also how to detoxify vit a as I've been eating a lot of liver.
