The actual content is great when you get to it. But the crop you spew before and after definitely makes me want to not follow this podcast
I'm sure Neal knows where Steve perry lives. Why wait for him to come by. Maybe Steve is waiting for him. Anyway, life is too short to let the friendship just die regardless of if they mention music or not.
Go find the interviews on YouTube or work the skip button if you're that bothered by the preamble. Personally I miss the earlier podcasts when there was more lead up and Eddie would address current music news before presenting "made for the podcast" content. The podcast is still interesting but it's now just a replay of his radio show.

Okay, I’m Big Bon fan. I saw them at Dayton Ohio’s Hara Arena they were an opening act but Hara was at capacity okay, Not a theater... Bon carried Angus on his shoulders all the way around the arna while Angus soloed. An unforgettable eaving. Also 10. In gas put my Mustang on ⅝ - ¾ of a tank. And ticked were 7.00 & 8.00 bux. I luv Bon however Back In Black rocks harder, Highway is blues’er. But B-N-B wins...
