@healthytidbits : Perhaps it depends on the person's body chemistry. Definitely eating a great deal of veggies is ideal. When I was 30 I was tired and wiped out all the time with brain dog. I leaned to deal with stress and now have settled for a vegan diet. I don't eat vegan junk food. I don't add oils, but eat plenty of nuts and avocado. I also stopped eating wheat 10 years ago. Meat and oils overwhelmed my digestive system....plants are easier to digest for me...even after having IBS. I'm now 50...so I'm feeling better than I did in my 30s. Get rid of stress and eat healthy food...nothing fried for sure. Thanks.
