That advertisement transition music you play 17 minutes DURING THE WOMAN TALKING is really DISTRACTING. I had to relisten twice to focus on what she is saying. Stop it. I have adhd ffs!

I related so much to Dana’s experience as a young girl with ADHD being shamed and abused by a teacher. great episode, thank you so much.

OMG...this conversation is eye opening! I am 57 (just started the diagnosis process) and still fight with Monsters in the dark and run perfectly on anxiety whole day long 😔

Great podcast Tracy. I constantly am late for everything and I’ve tried so many different things. I feel like a failure because I can never get anywhere on time .

I love how Tracy explains the research she did, why she did it, and gives us a good and positive summary. She frames ADHD as a strength rather than a disorder and helps us understand what our strengths and weaknesses are and how to best use them to our advantage.

7 out of 9 explains a lot! I have a very high startle reflex. I’m a very late bloomer. I’m always looking to improve a situation. I look for solutions. I used to irritate one of my bosses because I saw better ways of doing most things.

Thank you for making this podcast. Just got diagnosed, at age of 39 having g struggled through undergraduate, postgraduate study and 20years of work. Had to take a break over lockdown because it all became too much and was affecting kids. Having my son assessed too as I see him struggle with what i struggled with and now homeschooling him. I will make my way through all your episodes, but anxious that my next career steps take into account t my ADHD so I don't end up falling flat on my face. Xx
