I get these kind of late so my comments may seem dated... I'm caught up right now because no game 2day... Yesterday, for a while I was thinking "alright...made some changes and its paying off
.. But still we find a way to screw it up..
I have said last 2yr s.. We need to go buy us a great pitcher... Not one with good potential that we can develop... But one that is mature and ready to rock that mound! Even our "BEST" pitchers are at best mediocre... At least right now... I don't profess to be a baseball expert but I have watched many years... Starting in he 60s and 70s we went to STL on vacations for a weeks homestand to watch Lou Brock Gibby, Mike Shannon and Tim McCarver... So its not like I know nothing... But the last few years have been very frustrating..
