St. Faustina has the complete and perfect confidence in Jesus just like Mary at Cana. She knows He will assist her when she asks (prays) for His help. Love helps her know this.
Lord, please strip the blindness I have about my sins, large and small, away from my gaze so I will understand how much my sins hurt you.
I ask that graces that are rejected be given to me when others will not take them.
What does praying by invoking Jesus’ five wounds mean? How does one ”worship” Jesus’s wounds mean?
St. Faustina had a person close to death baptized (Jewish) without the person or family giving consent, it seems. Do I understand this correctly? Is it ok or should we intrude on someones personal autonomy in this way?
What is the truth about what happens during Holy Mass? St. Faustina saw the Trinity and explained it a little bit.
We are not told what the phrase ”special graces” means. St. Faustina uses this phrase often. How are these graces different than the usual graces Jesus gives us?
God didn’t leave St. Faustina, she separated from Him when she failed to obey his directive.
Thank you Fr. Roesch, I love listening to your podcast and reflections. I follow along in my Diary of St. Faustian and allow God to speak to me. This helps me prepare for my Divine Mercy group where we study the diary. Blessings to all Marians.
The commentary with this podcast is a blessing in my life.
How is Jesus ”saturated in ingratitude”?
Self-will prevents my sacrifice from being pleasing to God. God decides what He wants from me and I obey.
I want remember my angel sees all my good and bad deeds. I can ask my angel for guidance when preparing my confession.
I believe I read somewhere that the carnival she speaks of was most likely Mardi Gras. I’m from New Orleans so I can easily believe that.
This helps me so much! Thank you fr!
The soul has 3 tiers of life, St. Faustina tells. That’s an interesting thought and makes Purgatory and Heaven seemly and less daunting to me. Crossing over seems less fearful to me.
It’s comforting to know that the great St. Faustina ran away from God but even more that God (love) pursued her. She wasn’t perfect but God loves us where we are.
Jesus asks for reparations from Saint Faustina when she asks God to give her joy to someone else who is suffering. A true sacrifice.
I need a specific Spiritual plan for each year.
I’m so excited to have found this podcast! The divine mercy chaplet is one of my favorite devotions! St. Faustina has been so intriguing to me the last year!
Sister Faustina saw her soul ”with all it’s imperfections”. I wonder that there were any and what guidance that gives to me.

She understood God doesn’t ask us to do anything impossible because he is with us and gives us the tools and assistance we need. We don’t have to be afraid of what is asked of us.
Thank you for this podcast! I so appreciate the insights & explanations, it has been a blessing to listen.
I never understood before what ”God’s delights in us” meant. I get it now. I’m so grateful for this podcast.
My suffering is one way to show my love for Jesus in not complaining. They are a small gesture of solidarity.
Novena of 33 repetitions of the Divine Mercy prayer for the intentions of the Holy Father.
I did not know that she saw and spoke with her guardian angel until this episode. Also, people could appeal directly ask for her prayers as the dying sister did in the last two hours of her life.
Where there are many devout souls there is also a target for evil to focus it’s efforts.
The reading of this podcast nourishes my soul and inspires me to ”do better”.
This is an inspiring and useful podcast. I am led to try many ideas from it to be closer to God and expand my prayer life.
I must pray and consult with God before making decisions. Reminds me of King David.
