Looks an awful lot like the Henderson trimmer. Not a good look Hornady

Seth, in the intro, what you’re describing is institutional inbreeding.

Sounds like Gun University is like Consumer Reports... a refreshing concept in the firearms industry.

ive been using your ballistic app for a while now on 2 65 creeds and a .204.works well.just heard the podcast about 4dof and I’m exited to try it. my question is one of my rifles is a sabatti with multi radial rifling that slightly deforms the bullet,I wonder how much that affects the drag.thanks,ed

Ep 103: good intro to the subject but hope you add names of the products you found to make false statements regarding the solvents tested, and dive deep into the why and how in the next Installment of the topic.

’If you can suppress it, you should..’ Truer words have never been spoken. Cans make all shooting better. If you have access to a lathe, I would highly recommend building your own on a form 1. If you build your baffles correctly for the round/rifle you’re suppressing, a F1 can be just as good or better than many cans on the market.

Can you show us where 4dof gives the stability value? I cannot find it in the app or online.

Could you guys put a feature in the ballistic app for a printable target card. It would be great for the hunter matches and as a backup to a dead battery on a hunt. Thanks

I grew up on a farm/ranch in a small, Colorado town with a population of 400 if you counted everyone within a 20-25 mile radius (school district boundaries) and a total of 88 kids enrolled in grades K-12. Many days spent wandering, hunting and shooting as far back as I can remember. Unfortunately, life took me away. Not a day goes by that I don’t hope to retire w/some acreage in a small community like it somewhere. It’s the best of the US, good traditions, beautiful scenery, & country folk.

.260Rem Master Race FTMFW! Is there anyone making a 260 Comp rifle with a 9 twist? Mine came with an option of 7 or 8. My 8 twist will push the 147 ELD-M fast enough to blow the bullet up before it makes it to the 100 yard line. I had to switch to the 130 Atip and the Berger 153.5 LRHT.
