I train in martial arts. Im 3rd degree black belt. I train in karate and muay thai pretty much train 5 to 6 days a week. What is a good pre workout and post work as far as fuel and recovery? Love your show by the way.

In regards to grass fed meat to regular fed meat, ai heard on another podcast that many regular fed meat sources are force fed to they are sick and pu ml ped with antibiotics to keep them alive longer to make them fatter. So in other words cows are forced fed till they become sick with ulcers and tumors and we end up eating that sick meat. Any opinions on that?
