The Daughters of time plot seems to have been borrowed by the Morse author. It has Morse solving a medieval murder,The wench is dead. Looks as if the author wasn’t against a little theft. Nothing new under the sun.

I adore this podcast! It's an engagingly unpretentious academic look at the golden age mystery stories from a modern feminist critical lense. The episodes are easily digestible, about 20 minutes per piece, so it's not a pain to make time for them. I definitely recommend this for any mystery novel fan who would like to be able to take away more from what they are reading.

I'm a massive Agatha Christie fan so this podcast is wonderful but I have also learned about so many other crime fiction authors that I will now seek out. Thank you Caroline!
