5 this podcast but they are so far up the eagles backside I can’t even bare to listen to it. They just ruin themselves doing this and puts me off. They a more balanced point of view like heed the call, which is far better
Long time listener. I was bummed to see the group split but I admit I enjoy both podcasts that came from the split. Would be cool to see an ATN reunion one day.
Only thing that made no sense was the Titans take. Carthon had only had one year when Vrable got the boot. And not all the players were not playing hard for Vrable last season.
NFL Daily has become like a Sandwich where it is all bread and no filling whereas the Around The NFL used to be the delicious sandwich we all didn’t know we needed. I tried listening since it came back but it’s honestly too much fluff for not enough content. My respect to Gregg and all the other Heroes, but it’s not what it once was.
I hope the Eagles can pull something out because if the defense doesn’t step up Alvin kamara is going to run all over them

I love both these guys, and I’ll always be grateful to Gregg Rosenthal for introducing me to Ollie Connolly and ReadOptional. I have one quibble. It’s football, not Jungian analysis. Archetypes are not types. The Trickster, the Orphan, the Outcast, the Mysterious Stranger -- these are archetypes. Archetypes are about primal emotions, not how you tackle or swing a bat or shoot a puck. I blame Robert Mays. He’s a pompous . Ollie, I hear you consciously using American-isms. I get it, the game is American and so’s most of the audience. But please understand that archetype is not an American synonym for ’type’, it’s just adolescent bullshit from guys trying to sound clever. You’re the real thing, you don’t need to prove that you’re clever. Follow your instincts. Fornicate Ledyard and the others if they find English English odd. Broaden their little minds, don’t lower yourself.
