I sure hope a trend of eating kiwi skin along with most produce skins continues to increase in popularity. The skin is where a majority of the nutrition and fiber and minerals and everything else exists! I’ve been eating orange peels along with the orange segments themselves for many many years. But take for example Eminem he at one point made racist comments but apologized and he turned his reputation around. Ye is no Eminem he wishes.
