Other podcasts have opened my mind to history (The Rest is History) but this one openly speaks of how Christ is the centre and motivator of human history. Even when, historically, things seem to be going badly for God’s people I am encouraged that it is all under control and plowing towards a predetermined climax.

I’ve really valued this great word unpacking. I’m in Uni chaplaincy and congregational ministry with lots of preaching. I’ve bought Nijay’s book and am sure it will be a great long term resource!

Thanks for the dedicated responses. BTW Alain de Botton is a respectful atheist who I have found helpful.

The volume is not constant. Music is much louder than the interview, hence the constant need to adjust the volume. Would be great if something could be done on this
