I'm studying for esthetics now. Loved this episode 😍!
As a "fat" African American woman, this hit home. It matters not that ive got a Master's Degree, or an excellent paying career, that I'm knowledgeable, beautiful, etc. All people see is Me before seeing me. I get a clean bill of health yearly and my physician always say.... but you're overweighr and need to shed pounds. Smh... no matter what change if diet and exercises u incorporate... I'm never going to be "thin", and I wish people would see beyind the body. I look forward to the show about "curves" and the african amerixan woman. I have them in all the right places Nd i can say that friends, who are overweight like me, however lack curves, sideeye me, dont aa t me ariund with their Significant other or made snide comments about my body shape. Its a never ending cycle.
my 1st podcast so glad I tuned in
