Animal experimentation like on the captive rats being abused with cocaine is so cruel and sad. I like your podcast, but the beginning of this episode was difficult for me to get through.

How do you cry without feeling the trauma. I see it in my mind’s eye. How do you turn the story of the trauma if every time I close my eyes the story and pain is there together. If you could clarify this, thank you ❤️

What a wonderful way of seeing abandonment. As someone guilty of self sabotage and abandonment issues, this is so helpful!

Ep. 77? To get out of a bad emotional state, one has to rely on someone they may or may not have to follow an unrealistic script?

Talk about devil's advocate. Why not make a moral career out of seeing it from the victim's perspective instead? Plenty of us who have been raised by BPD parents who can shed some reality and truth on these abusers. This episode reaks of your typical BPD apologetic nonsense. Just tell them it's not their fault when it's 100% their fault, that'll help. Give them what they always seek, which is blame, so they can continue feeling unaccountable. Shame on you.

OMG...this episode resonated with me. I'm all about looking for the source, the culprit of my physical pain or discomfort. I too have snaped before only to later recognize and understand the reason behind it. THANK YOU Graham for sharing your experience and being honest about. I'm beginning to connect a weird feeling of hunger/stomach discomforr to feeling anxious. Yes, I'm working on it. Great podcast. KEEP GRAHAM COMING BACK!!!:)
