Not sure if I misheard the debate between Devine and Donley (who I both have high hopes for). But I think the comment was Donley was older and had been leap frogged. I believe Devine is around 5 months older, is the one who played Vs Marine and had played for England u20 whereas Donley has a a couple of u19 appearances so far. So being ahead in the queue seems very much on merit

Re the 10/10 player discussion can only assume you still don’t really rate Son! On the periodisation point we also need to remember we’ve changed from a manager who used no subs to one who tends to use most of them so now only 5/10 outfield players need to play the full 90
