Just wanted to say I‘m loving your book Paul, I‘m halfway through and already mourning the fact that it‘ll end at some point, cannot put it down. Well done what a fantastic read! Rob yours in next, thanks to both of you for lots of laughs and miles of inspiration. M

Paul and Rob really needed this today, long time listener but injured at the minute (for ages tbh!) So on turbo and I feel hope today that I will run again cos I really need to. Thanks so much ,sending lots of good vibes your way

Exactly the kind of running podcast I have been looking for. Perfect company on my isolation runs.

Was introduced to this podcast earlier this year by my brother in law when I mentioned I hated running without the company of my running club but wanted to bag some longer miles. Rob and Paul are great company to run with but laughing out loud like an idiot while you're legging it through town sure as heck gets you some weird looks! Thanks guys 👍

Totally agree with this, this is the BEST company on a run. Really feel like there are 3 of us running along, laughing at the banter. One small gripe....can you make more, please....I do at least 3 runs a week!

No comments yet for these two legends? If you are a runner, particularly a distance runner (of any ability I hasten to add) then this podcast is definitely for you, and will probably end up as the soundtrack to your long runs - if you are in the headphone brigade which Rob is - and Paul and myself are not. Only downside is you will have to take a break from a run to lol at some point in your run. Put your trainers on, drop the kids off and enjoy!
