Definitely felt this one. I’ve had both chronic and acute pain for the last 7 years. I do recommend the book This Book is A Safe Space by Amy Tran. Pain is hard but I have found mindfulness to be helpful. I struggle to figure out meditation though. I enjoyed hearing this perspective
No one has it all figured out I felt upset that people made that assumption because of her career. Great episode
