The longer I listen to true crime the less sympathy I have for women like this. It’s Pathetic.

There’s no question that rap has glorified and perpetuates inner city violence, misogyny, and general criminality for the young people living in those neighborhoods who are already disenfranchised.

Bball Americans love to get their murderers out of prison.

I would DEFINITELY suspect klan were responsible, given the location and the crutches being left in a cross shape. Ofc the police would rule the klan out, as they (friends and family) are part of it 100%.

I live in Detroit. Culturally part of the population is just like this. That ”mom” likely told her friends or family that they ”went to live with their daddies” and no one would even blink because that’s just how it is. Very little personal accountability. Call this take whatever you want but I’m not saying it’s 100% of the population. A good 30% tho? Definitely. It’s a major cultural problem. Mom also probably had an addiction which is no excuse.

I think the point of the lawsuit would have been to force disney to prove they had adequate security. Which in turn would have forced Disney to disclose security ”secrets” AKA either they lied and didnt have adequate cameras OR they did, and lies to cover up what happened. Disney definitely knows more. F Disney.

Although that’s considered the proper way to wear one’s watch ⌚, I know plenty of people who wear their timepieces on their dominant hand....

What racism factor??..

I would put money on this theory: one of these guys banged the wrong dudes GF/wife

All i can say is that the authorities in this story were paid off well. Between that and the racism Factor I don’t think they ever had any hope of solving this

That is too cruel and heartless killing two children. Oh my god their mother. Poor her. How did she survive that.

So the husband has an alibi... big deal, he still could have hired someone to take her out. Simply monitoring her social media would make it easy for a hired killer to find opportunity.

Man, sure seems like the cops are covering something up here. They probably are responsible for his d3ath, and thats why.

As interesting as the whole smiley face angle is, I think it’s just a bit too far-fetched to be real. I find it hard to believe that this killer or group of killers just goes to random places at night where they know a drunk 20 something dude will be and make sure that they find their way into the water. But then again stranger things have happened.

If you feel like insulting people in your personal life, maybe save it for your private conversations.

Y’all talk a lot about the effects of misogyny. Maybe don’t play into the stereotypes in front of a mass audience.

No one did ask you for your opinion about your wifes spending habits. How rude.

Oh he’s definitely guilty. He had means and motive, and the killer he hired figured out the opportunity part and also likely made her body disappear forever. That kind of wealth is just plot armor for villians.

Love listening to you guys. Have been listening to both true crimes series and love how you guys banter back and forth. I also like how respective of the families you guys are when discussing the different cases.

BTW I lived in Illinois at the time and remember it well. It was a different time. I was blessed to live before everyone had to fear just letting their children play outside. I lived in a small town and rode my bike for miles out on country roads as long as I was home before dark like so many thousands of kids. I feel so sorry for today’s children (and adults).

What a fascinating case. It sure sounds like there was a pedo ring going on. How sick. I hope they keep using each advance in technology and psychological understanding. May God expose the truth and give them (families and law enforcement, et al) comfort, healing and answers.

We know that Melissa’s bank account was empty before she went missing. We also know about all of the cases in Canada where a single foot from many people was found on the beach in PEI and on the west coast. Doctors think that the feet are easy to come loose from the body, as feet are held by minimal bone and tissue. Tbh I think she beat feet and took off without telling anyone. The podcast called ”Liar” that CBC put out was very informative and well done. I believe it was 10 episodes.

This is an awful case. We always kinda knew that Justin killed her, but to not find her to give her a proper burial makes it even more wrong. Also, when Bella was found, Ayla didn’t really come to our minds, as a photo was generated of her and they didn’t look at all alike. I live in Boston, and both of those cases really bother us

And the circumstances dictate how long and t takes for DNA..had there been blood spattered all in the truck..and then later they found the suspected bodies of that kind of crime scene then the expediting of the results is more crucial account a killer is still out there..

Any time the news pushes a directive or narrative 24/7 for weeks and months on end you can be sure what they’re pushing is false.

In 1972, there was still lead in gasoline. Perhaps this poor girl was forced to drink gasoline? I‘m trying to figure out why there would be a high traces of lead in her remains and I can‘t think of too many other ways to get a concentration level like that

My shot in the dark.... is this dude got distracted tried to go meet up and buy some drugs got clubbed robbed thrown in the ocean never seen again. Some people are going to say this was a smiley face murderer kill but I don‘t know how much credence there is to that whole Theory.
