Wow, I just finished listening to the latest episode while 9n my walk. First Lavalette Beach was mentioned, then Tom’s River. My husband and I lived in Lavalette Beach while I went to school at NATTC Lskehurst and I lived in Toms River while in high school.

What you’re talking about around the 44 min mark was NOT misconduct. It was potential misconduct. By definition, anything a LE officer does could be construed as misconduct. When the DNA matched then that would be time to report internally. It’s not that I’m against with your thoughts on this situation but you’d have to report this everytime and not just selection occasions.
