I am an atheist and would entertain the idea that some fundamentalist may sacrifice their baby because of some Bible verse. It has absolutely happened before. But this makes me sick to my stomach. There is, was, and won't be any evidence. This is what happens when you let people more concerned with money and tourism than truth... reality.

Let me get this straight. They can hold you indefinitely unless you confess to whatever they want you to. So no matter what it is you're better off, if you want to be free at any point, confessing to whatever it is. That is an unbelievably obvious breeding grounds for corruption. It also guarantees that you "solve" every crime. Pick a random person and hold them until they admit to burying Hoffa. Winning! Absurd...
