What happened to DARE? It was ineffective. Scare tactics don’t work. My parents smoked pot so when DARE said these drugs could kill you, I knew they were lying. Prevention is fine if it’s done by addiction professionals and not the police. If we want to stop drugs we need treatment not law enforcement. There will always be another supply if there’s a demand. Prohibition taught us this. Save prison for the actual murderers and violent criminals.
