These guys are just a bunch of edge lords. Can’t believe people send money to these guys to ”critique” film. This is one of the worst movie review podcasts ever.
Wow, doubt you will see this but you lost me with jumanji. My kids loved it like a month ago when they watched it and all 3 couldn’t sit through the new ”sequel” it’s a well paced fun film, with plenty of animals, action and humour. It has a male and female lead for both adults and kids which flipped my side as a parent and made me see the whole thing in a new light this time around. You literally just insulted the looks of a couple of kids...I mean...low blow guys.
Hey guys. Glad you took on Ninja Scroll but your pretty unqualified to analyse it unfortunately. I’m not expert or fanboy who has seen everything Manga but one thing I understand about anime is that it is very consistent with the Japanese arts. A reserved people yes but their weirdness comes out in the art forms for sure. Japanese art is hyper sexualised including tv shows like Takashis Castle. So ninja scroll is not extreme. Very middling in fact.
