I do a 5-day fast monthly, using my hormone cycle to my advantage. I fat-fast the first three days and then move into a 5-day fast after that.

Where do you see overweight animals in the wild? Not sure that you do, thus feeding animals a human diet and by the clock, is usually the culprit for an overweight animal?

This episode is awesome! It should be pinned at top on all social media and somehow added to questions when people join FB. I bet a majority of people who join are for fat/weight loss originally.
