I am already loving this episode. I’m only a few minutes in. I’ve been having some experience with my guides, and also, my clients’ guides have told me not that they are saying no but letting us get what we are manifesting then putting us in the position to realize it’s not aligning with our path. Judgement - we judge everything all of the time Being aware of this releases the need to do this in a negative way.

We send messages to the brain in all sorts of ways. This shapes thoughts that shape dreams to shape our reality.

Rather than resist everything, find some things that you enjoy and focus on that.

All is well. All will be well.

We have the power to change ourselves, not others. We can change everything about ourselves.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the people I can not change; the courage to change the person I can; the wisdom to know that person is me.
