Hearing video games stress you out makes me want to find a game for you to enjoy

I agree with everything in this episode! I loved the idea of being someone's emergency contact and the intimacy of that.

So much of this ep was me going "Mmmhmmm, girl, same!"

Almost a year later but Penny Reid says she prefers direct criticism, so I thought I would mention the latent transphobia in her specifying "gender-swapped" was to indicate the characters were cis. Making such a claim that her use of the word gender was to evoke specific keryotypes implies that a gender-swapped m/f story with a trans character is not genuinely m/f. Also, the knee-jerk need to specify that the characters are cis is transphobic as if you are afraid someone would assume otherwise.

As a fellow former flutist and equipment quarter master (equipment manager) I am offended that my position was considered a punishment. I got to play tetris with 150 instruments for four years and loved it.
