Imposter syndrome is equivalent throughout everybody in every walk of life, not just geared towards coaching or anything particular, imposter syndrome is prevalent everywhere in everyone regardless of what they do for a living

you have difficulty with your clients moving them to barbell training because of the fact that you don't realize they're looking for a group they're looking to fit in they're looking to be welcomed into something again they're not looking for somebody to say oh go look at all this crap on my website and here are some books for you to read no they want camaraderie, they want to feel alive and part of something and accepted

I meant, One might think it would be better to deload prior to showing all the terrible signs of overtraining described here.

@jerry : One might think that deloading BEFORE you get to the point that your shoulders ache like they're gping to fall off. Wouldn't it be better to never get to that point?
