There policing of minority communities is very different from majority communities. Many black people are languishing in jails - some with life sentences - for minor drug offences that go unpunished in the white community because they mainly take place in doors or in neighbourhoods that aren’t policed so aggressively.

For example, police unions collude with local governments to fight for immunity for police or to ‘disappear’ cases where police misconduct is involved. Still amazes me how many ‘experts’ continue to miss THE real issue here. The ❤️ of an individual perpetrator is a minor part of this. THE real issue is what Paul referred to as the powers and principalities. Why would a police officer murder a black man in broad daylight with multiple witnesses filming it? Because he thought he would get away with it. Why did he think that? Because history and the law and the courts are on his side.
