It is a gift. ADHD for me is just a way for the Lord to use me in a very intimate and original way. I thought I was stupid and an alien as a child. As an adult that is 56 yrs of age and 2 divorces later I am finally embracing how the Lord teaches me . Im still learning how to just love myself. If I’m made in HIS image then I know that I’m just fine. Singing has been my solace for so many years. I thank God for the 🎁 of song . I lack eloquence and I’m okay with even that now.

I have been overlooked because of my weight. Compliments about the anointing but not taken seriously 😒 I feel for Manidisa.. so sad how women feel like they have to fit an image

I wanted to ask, too, if you guys have read Hinds Feet on High Places. I just re-read it, and your conversation powerfully echoes Much-Afraid’s surrender on the altar in chapter 16 Grave on the Mountains. It doesn’t even appear that the Shepherd is there in her hardest test, but she has previously come to the point of deciding that even if her circumstances should seem to prove Him a liar, she cannot live without Him. In the end it’s revealed He was there all along.

This episode... Greatly blessed by the vulnerability and authenticity here. I resonate deeply with the conversation around ”I think He is”... the arc of my journey has been about whether He is enough. I once told Him He wasn’t... but later came into the security that my very bringing that pain straight to Him was faith in itself. That He welcomes and honors our real. The songs... such a gift to listeners, so much so in this season.

Every episode I love more than the last. So incredible to have my faith built by hearing the stories of others. And oh how I can relate!
