Serious factual inaccuracy... Frank Kitson was sent to Belfast as the Brits Intel guru. RUC Intel was old and obsolete but Kitson set about restructuring Intel collection and he set up a number of clandestine units like FRU and ’Field Intelligence Assistants’. So it is false to claim Intel collection only began I’m the 1980s.

Fiction... the Brits scurried out the back of the base. The colour seargent in charged found men hiding under their bunk beds. The patrol who came over the hill scattered to the four winds and took over half an hour to find them all. The base wasn’t demolished because the detonator didn’t work in the large van bomb they drove inside the base. Unexploded grenades were found throughout the base.

I thought he was good until he talked nonsense about equipment v. Russia isn’t selling equipment because it needs it. And no one is rating the Western equipment.. even the Ukrainians!! The Abraham tanks works for 30 minutes, the Leopard is dead, we don’t want to even mention the Challenger... and as for the F16 - it hasn’t been issued to the Ukrainians yet because it is a big seller for the Americans and it will not survive in the skies of eastern Europe!
