On the topic of endorsement, I met someone who uses her affiliate commission to donate towards Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance. She makes that known so that people understand she only endorses something on her own terms and won't profit from her recommendation, but she will use that commission to prop up organisations such as AFSA who she believes strongly in. She wants her word and recommendations to be genuine otherwise that can impact her personal brand and the trust people place in her. I thought that was a nice balance.
