Great have you guys back! CON games are an interesting beast, I’ve run and played a few games. Too much rule lawyering and the game becomes a slow drag, not enough and you leave wandering what game you were playing! Picking a good scenario is crucial, if players don’t understand what they are walking into it’s a recipe for a bad time no matter how good the rules or minis are.

Great discussion! Speaking of black rules writer check out Battlespace, skirmish level modern warfare. It was self published but is about to be re released by Modiphius.

Good episode. In my case we moved back into town when I got MS. Funds allowed me to build a 270 square foot brick building with heating and WC and a 12 by 6 table and shelving down 2 walls and under the table.Cost about £12500 which will be recouped when we sell I guess. Everyone is within 30 minutes and games stay set up. We meet weekly and squeeze a day some weekends. Kept me sane!! Dave Tuck Wargaming at the OutpostGY

Great episode chaps. Thanks as ever. A few thoughts based on my experiences. 1. Not-for-profit, scout Huts, church halls, small football clubs etc 2. Advertise to someone who might have a private room and garage at their home. I was helped by an old gent who wanted company more than cash. He was a D-Day vet to boot. 3. Greg on LWTV Is in real estate. He might suggest ideas for above. In adverts, mention the podcast, send folk to this episode. Your fantastic pod is a great hook for someone.
