I’ve listened to a lot of wellness podcast on here and you’re my favorite. I’m ADHD and I can sit through your entire episodes. The only podcast that keeps me interested! Thank you. I’m taking so much of the advice in. I’m not sure how you do it but don’t stop whatever it is🙂

Lots of great comments, eloquently delivered. I do, however, disagree with her sentiments on forgiveness. Forgiving is perhaps even more uplifting and calming than apologizing. Forgiveness is powerful.
