A very great podcast. Creates clarity on whether one should have a team or leave it as a group.

Lencioni has been one of my favorite leadership trainers since I read "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" years ago. I love the addition of podcasts to the resources he offers.

Thank you for this. I just had this conversation on blindspots with my teammates earlier this week.

What a fantastic and encouraging podcast. A friend gave me "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" on audiobook and I listened to the entire book in one sitting! It was mind-blowing in its simplicity and so encouraging. Pat, you put into words everything I knew to be true, but struggled to articulate without sounding warm and fuzzy. I'd like to hear more on trust building exercises within unhealthy companies. Thank you, Pat!

Keep it up this podcast is awesome. I would love to hear more definition of trust. I gave it a crack recently: Trust is belief that the person can perform tasks inferred by role they are playing in the scenario in question. The state of the person has to be taken into consideration too i.e. "I wouldn't trust Pat to do a good podcast if he were asleep"
