I loved this episode! I actually set a personal best running while listening to it! I spent most of my life really struggling to exercise. I was always the fastest and most out of shape. It’s only been in the last year where I’ve learned to appreciate my body and celebrate what it can do. On days when I’m sore or sick, I honor my body and give myself grace to rest. Unlearning the ”you must earn your food, you must me thin to be healthy” mindset has been transformational to me. Y’all are amazing!
