Too bad this was not an interview. I have no idea what joe’s method is - what happens at the retreats? Just hours of meditation? Ive listened to several monologues of Joe - no one ever asks real questions. Too bad.

It is a joy to listen to Lewis’ podcast. He knows how to ask the right questions and takes us with him on his journey to a great and fulfilled life. Each subject he explores in to the depth I always feel inspired listening to the School of Greatness. Ready to take action, like in today’s episode on food. With a few steps you can improve your health.

Excellent information and knowledge shared. I’m fortunate I’m not attracted to refined sugars, but unrefined carbohydrates are ’hidden’ sugars, too 🤗

Perhaps if we can discuss further on Trauma bonding in families, particularly parents. Mother is narcissistic and the Dad enables her to continue the behaviour towards her children. How to deal with that behaviour because my husband makes excuses for them and the ’young boy’ wants to please his parents and submit and be loved. Yet the ’adult son’ understands and is aware that ots unhealthy. There is a delusional relationship there of wanting his parents to ’change’.
