I am really good at my job and love my job. It just breaks you down and brings up the past bullying. You constantly say to yourself not again.
I so appreciate this pod cast. I to am a victim of bullying. I try to get people to laugh. I try to be helpful to people to make sure I'm not the cause for the bullying. I still am being bullied and I'm 51 yrs old. It really sucks and when it happens to me I just want to become invisible so that person can't see me so they will leave me alone. It happened at work recently and I told HR and the supervisor and the coordination manager and nothing happened. They kept him so I quit. Sucks.
