There is a dedicated Pray As You Go app available which I think has the readings, music and text of what is said each day. I found it useful to follow along as I'm very visual and easily distracted. I had to delete it because my phone was running out of space.

I love to pray with this podcast. Each is very simple but I love reflecting on the gospel of the day. It centers my prayer and God speaks to me through the reflection. Thank you very much.

Thank you for these podcasts, I am finding them really helpful. If I can make one suggestion though, please could you give a chapter and verse reference for the readings as it would sometimes be helpful to be able to go back and re read in the surrounding context. But I love the mixture of music, bible passage, reflection and the tone and rhythm / speed of your voices is spot on. A really good start to the day. God bless and thanks for the time and effort that must go into what is a very professional resource for people.
