Totally agree with you, Jon. Everything I read/heard was glowing and while it does sound great, the user experience using the playfi app is really awful. I don‘t know how the playfi version of tidal was, but the Amazon music app within playfi is like stepping back in time. Soo much worse than the regular app. The delay between tracks are an added insult. Sometimes just quickly trying to go from one track to the other causes playfi to just freeze up entirely!
