First from the e-commerce seller viewpoint, and I hate to this Amazon about this, but they were routinely sending used products that they had received back and had not called checked properly out as new to our customers. So there is a lot of room I think to move into Amazon with some of your procedurespartially responsible for my purchases as a customer.
