Thank you for this, I really get it on the returns. First from the e-commerce seller viewpoint, and I hate to this Amazon about this, but they were routinely sending used products that they had received back and had not called checked properly out as new to our customers. So there is a lot of room I think to move into Amazon with some of your procedurespartially responsible for my purchases as a customer. Anyway, just want to thank you for these podcasts are really good and enlightening.

This is very interesting. Do you have any experience with AZNG or the kind of Amazon arrangement of freelance trucking to pick up their loads? is that worth mentioning in a podcast? Yes, I’m an e-commerce seller.
